ROKU TV only showing SOME over the air channels

We have other TVs connected to the OTA channels and no problems. Our ROKU TV will connect to the OTA guide and we can see SOME channels but not all. The ones that don't come through say "No Signal". ...

I tried everything and did several rescans.  Just before doing a 10th Scam Again, I selected Start Over to erase the previous scan.  I got a different number of channels, but now all channels indicating No Signal previously came in.
