Roku tv not loading apps or software after new internet installed snd factory reset done

Roku tv not loading apps or software after new internet installed snd factory reset done… 

 

now it’s showing images of HDMI ports, never saw this before

 

wil Not load apps like YouTube Hulu Netflix etc 

how do I fix my Roku tv so it works the way it did before new internet line was installed

    Is it linked to a Roku account?  Is there one listed under Settings->System->About or does it state "None" and possibly "not connected"?

    When you say it will not load apps, do the apps appear on the Home Screen?
