I’ve did all steps got fast was able to reset my tv to manufacture settings after several times of resetting/TV turn off,
but didn’t work last update was yesterday at 11:53 pm then tv started having issues calked Roku they told me sounds like hardware issues to call tcl but only open Monday-Friday and of course warranty is expired..

Looks like you're also experiencing issues with Roku TV turning itself off.
Have you tried connecting the TV to a different power outlet and seeing if there's any difference? Also, when did you first encounter this issue?

Yes I have I’ve actually tried a different house. Same issue, clearly a fault with this Tv.
