Roku TV keeps shutting off and restarting even after latest SW loaded

My Roku TV keeps restarting. I have downloaded the latest SW (10/6), done a system restart and a factory restart and the problem remains. 

Model 65R4AX

Hardware ID G848X

SW Version - 13.1.4 - Build 10000-ET
