Roku TV keeps restarting, factory reset did not help.

For the past 2 days my Philips Roku TV will not stay on any longer than 15 minutes. Eventually it keeps doing a system restart every few minutes if I just keep it on.

I have done a factory reset, left it unplugged for hours, and currently have nothing plugged into it either. I am concerned the latest update caused this, but I am not sure how to know this for sure. Currently it is showing software version 12.5 build 4176-45.
