Roku TV keeps disconnecting from Roku soundbar and loses audio

I recently purchased a 50" select Roku tv and paired a Roku soundbar directly below it. It loses connection to the sound bar frequently and sometimes we lose all audio. I don't know if the bluetooth ...

Thanks for letting us know about your Roku TV issue with the Roku TV soundbar that keeps losing its connection and audio. We're here to help.

We'd like to know the following:

  • What is the status of the LED on the Roku TV soundbar?
  • Did this issue start when you first paired it up, or after some time?
  • Does this issue occur during streaming or throughout all settings?
