I have set up my TCL tv at least 20 times. Set the network, get the email to connect to my account, or used to use the code. Allow it to down load all 80 apps. It works for a while and then I come back and I see the "lets get started" screen to set it up as a new device. How do I make this stop? The TV is running the lastest Roku OS....The last time I set it up (2 days ago) it did an update on everything.

It's not the TV, because my Roku Stick Plus keeps factory setting every couple hours or more. Thus Roku needs to stop sending you to the TV companies. My Stick Plus is less than 2 months old. It just started last night. I've always powered it by wall outlet. I'm not even using a TV but a monitor.

I have the hitachi 55" roku tv
Model No. 55R82
Serial No. TH0DD22414
I started seeing this issue occur a few months ago. My TV constantly restarts and factory resets. I can set it up to a certain point then it turns off, turns back on, and it did a factory reset. I can't get it to stay on long enough to view an error message or to find anymore information than I've provided, I had to look at the back of the TV.
I've unplugged the TV, leaving it that way for months. And tonight I tried it again. Many people also have this issue. This TV is just under 2 years old so I wouldn't expect it to fail so soon. Please give me a solution to this problem because I am beyond frustrated.
