- When did the issue start?
- Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
- Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
- Could you also tell us the specific troubleshooting steps you have taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
- How are you connecting the AVRs to your Roku TV?
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend unplugging and replugging the HDMI out of the Roku device or switching HDMI ports.
