My Spectrum Wi-Fi is working perfectly with iPhones, iPads, laptops, three smart tvs, and an old Roku+, but does not work with my Roku 4K. I have reset the Roku, the modem, and the router multiple times. I have turned ax off and on. Nothing works. The Roku does work if I connect via my phone’s hotspot, but this is not an acceptable solution. How can I get it connected to my Wi-Fi???

I have spent the past 24 hours dealing with this issue. After four phone calls to technical support at three different companies, things seem to be working again. I’m not sure which “fix” was the critical one. Not my ideal weekend, but l least it’s working…for now.
