I’m having the same problem. Never had a problem before but a few days ago it just stopped responding. I removed and re-added the Roku skill in Alexa, hoping that would fix it, but now the skill can’t find my TV. Restarted the tv, the Alexa devices and my router, still nothing.

To follow up on my own comment, after posting, I found suggestions to possibly try adjusting the new "Control by mobile apps setting," so I enabled it and tried again. Unfortunately, after a reboot, the issue persisted.
I tried again a day later, and the Alexa skill was able to find my TV, and all is working again. I don't think the 'mobile apps' setting was related. I'm guessing it was an issue on the backend that was fixed, but if you're still having trouble, it could be worth a try.
