Roku still not working, customer service not helpful
Called customer service several times. They admit there’s a problem but we ja haven’t hear back from anyone. We reset the system, turned the it on/off, checked for updates. Our wifi signal is very strong. We tried all the trouble shooting steps. Still not working.!still paying for streaming but can’t use!
Brit Box same issue. However we can stream Paramount Plus, Prime, Netflix, Max.

We're sorry to hear about this experience of Britbox not working on your Roku device. Have you tried contacting BritBox and inquiring further about the issue? When a single channel does not work normally on a Roku device despite the troubleshooting steps performed, it might be that there is a need for an update with the channel itself that the channel provider can address. Thus, reaching out to Britbox's support would be a good option.
