Roku Screensaver keeps reverting to 10 minutes

Lately every time I update my Roku or reset it the screensaver 'wait time' keeps reverting to '10 minutes' even though I want it set on '30 minutes'. Before it would stay where I set it but recently ...

    We understand you're experiencing an issue with your screensaver that hasn't been fixed yet. Our team is fully aware of this problem and is already investigating it.

    In the meantime, could you confirm the OS version of the Roku device you're experiencing issues with? Also, try updating the software on your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Software update > Check Now.

I’m also having this problem on my streaming stick (3800X). Software version 14.5.4, Build 5900. It’s driving me nuts!

    So this is a confirmed problem happening to multiple people on multiple different Roku devices and Roku still has not done anything to fix it. What's next? The moderator asking every person for their device info like I provided? That info is useless when it's a system wide problem.

    I am tired of their stupid bugs and glitches introduced with the terrible updates. An option needs to be added to rollback to a previous software version so when bugs like this happen we can undo it until they fix it. It could take weeks or longer for Roku to fix this, I doubt they even care.

    Now if there were some type of glitch that messed up their ad banners and the advertisers complained you can bet that would be top priority though. But when it comes to customer satisfaction when they mess up our settings we are expected to just put up with it for however long.

        Thanks very much for fixing the screensaver start time issue. It's back at 30 minutes when I plug it in. Very happy.
