    Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

    I noticed in your post that on your TCL Roku TV, you can see nothing and cannot hear anything. No worries, I am more than willing to assist. I can see that you have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps in trying to resolve the issue, and I really appreciate it.

    How about you try to plug in the TCL Roku TV into another power outlet? If it still won't work, I highly suggest you contact the TCL TV manufacturer for further assistance.

MissingMyTV, try turning it on with the power button on the TV,  On my 50" TCL, it's a good inch behind the TCL badge on the bottom center of the TV.  It seems they almost try to hide them, but there's one somewhere.
