Roku Remote not finding TV Code

I have a (non-Roku) TCL TV and a Roku Ultra. I went through all of the remote codes and none worked. Is there another way to connect the Roku Remote so it can control the TV volume?

    RokuEReythat doesn't give me anything I don't already know and tried.

      If its an older TCL model, try RCA or LG codes.

        This kind of worked. It found an RCA code that let me control the audio of my Vizio sound bar.

        I did end up finding a TCL code once I disconnected my soundbar. But then doesn't work with the soundbar....
