Roku Premier Will Not Reset

My streaming player is plugged into the factory outlet. I’ve unplugged it for 5 min., reset button for 10 seconds, and, I’ve gone through the Recovery Mode twice (once attempting the factory reset). No change. It remains on the load screen for about five attempts and then goes into recovery mode again.
