Performed the tasks stated in the articles. Still have the issue. The 2 devices that are not connecting are 3820R2 and 3811X. Software version is 11.5.0 build 4312-50
In the Roku Mobile app on iPad under iOS 16.3.1, when selecting the “Get Help ?” To manually enter IP address, just goes back to Home Screen.

Hi Mac0730,
Thanks for following up.
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue but will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:
- What is the IPad model?
- What version is the Roku mobile app
- How far are these Roku devices that are undetected from the wireless router?
- How far are the Roku devices that the iPad detects the devices from the router?
We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with the Roku mobile app issue. Thank you!
Best regards,

iPad model MPF12LL/A IPad Pro (10.5 inch)
Roku Mobile version 8.11.1.1
i have a mesh network. 1 device is next to mesh unit, the other is above the unit with a wood floor separating.
Both of these devices were connected during January and beginning of February. Lost connections and haven’t been able to reconnect

Hi Mac0730,
Thanks for the quick response.
We would like to make sure that we already performed all the possible troubleshooting steps to make sure we are providing the best service. Could you please move the affected Roku devices closer to the router or if possible an alternative network to see and isolate the issue?
In addition, If the behavior continues, review the additional suggestions on How to connect the Roku® mobile app to your Roku device over Wi-Fi® | Official Roku Support
If these steps still aren't helping, feel free to provide us with the serial number of your Roku devices and I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Best regards,
Mary

I am also having this issue all of a sudden- maybe with the current iOS update?? Have gone through all the steps outlined. I still get the message that there are no Roku devices found.

I can add another data point, but unfortunately it's that I can see all five active devices on my network. There are three that are not visible, but I know that one of them is at my daughter's house and the other two are not powered up. I have an iPhone 12 running iOS 16.4. I can see my Ultra 4800 (wireless), Sharp Roku TV (wireless) Ultra 4640 (wired), Ultra 4670 (wireless) and Express 4K+ (wireless).
The only difference for me from the OP is that I don't have a mesh network. I have three different WiFi access points, but all three run different SSIDs on each radio. I have heard of mesh networks having connection issues, not only with Roku but other devices as well.
