KateWagner, "No signal" is coming from your TV and is informing you that it's not receiving a video signal from the Express. This can happen if the proper source/input isn't selected on the TV. Does the light on the front of the Express come on when you connect the power? Does it flash when you press buttons on the remote?
The problem with the Roku TV sounds completely different. What happens if you unplug the power briefly and then turn it on?
