- Abbotloki11 months agoReel RookieI have same issue. My new Roku Express 4K model 3941 with latest SW and FW can't connect to any iphone or ipad in the house. Thanks for letting us know about your trouble with the Airplay feature on your Roku device. We want to gather more information; please provide the following details below so we can include your device in the process of investigation: - Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- The iOS version and make and model of your iPhone.
- What is the make and model of your modem and router?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

 Chel- Abbotloki11 months agoReel RookieHi: Roku model: 3941X2 Serial: X02200GN0GL7 SW: 14.0 Device ID: S0HAK48N0GL7 Ipad model: 9th gen MK2K3LL/A IOS Version: 17.6.1 Tracker ID: LZ-505-664 Modem and router: Google mesh Steps tried: made sure both devices on same network, reset Roku The same issue didn't show up with Roku Ultra. 
 
 
- Kaixuan9811 months agoReel RookieHi! thank you for the update!! I found out why I won’t be able to connect. Both of my Roku and iPhone are connected to guest wifi. As it’s only provide access to internet and nothing else. Even both of them on the same network, I think it is something with the DNS setting.
