This has been happening for roughly two weeks as I have a brand new Apple iPhone 16 Pro.
I have reinstalled the App and will see what this does.
I am happy to send photos but the iPhone takes pictures larger than 3mb which is the limit on your forum. If someone could provide me a means of getting the images to you that would be great.
Also, when the Roku App does successfully launch there is a list of categories in the Home tab but the first category shown which is Top Picks displays incorrectly. When I first reinstalled the App everything appeared normally, vertical boxes filled with content images; Now they are instead shown as vertical boxes with incorrectly sized, horizontally aligned images of the same or different content.

Have you tried sending the picture via PM? Just click on my username, hit "View Profile," and then on the right side of the page, choose "Send this user a private message." You can also follow this link to send a picture and see if that helps!

Thank you for your reply. Since redownloading the App I have not noticed it freezing any longer. It is still launching incorrectly though where it states something went wrong and I must “Retry” or “Use the remote.” I am on a family vacation at the moment but I will try to send an image following your instructions as soon as I am able to.

Unfortunately the link you provided does not help because the iPhone’s photos and screenshots are larger than the file size allowed to be uploaded on the forum. I went to send you a private message with the images but it would not complete. When I used the private message form everything was fine except for the Images button. When I would select it and choose photo library and then select the image and press Done nothing would happen. The image would not appear in the message body. No error message was provided only nothing would happen. I am doing all of this from an IPhone because I do not have any other devices to try and work with.

I arrived home yesterday from my trip and so this morning I sent you two screenshots of the issues. The first is of the error screen, the second is of the incorrectly displaying items.
Again to recap, the error screen appears often when I first launch the app. Every time I am done using any application I completely close it from the background. This is a recent issue and never used to occur. The incorrectly displaying items, after you instructed me to delete the app and reinstall it, were normal/correct for the first day or so but then for an unknown reason began displaying incorrectly again.

On a side note, the first screenshot I sent you was done using the Photo Library option from the Private Message screen. For some strange reason the second screenshot would not successfully upload the same way as the first. I tried taking another screenshot of it and faced the same problem. I was able to send it to you in the end by saving it as a File instead. This is very odd.
