Remote does not work at all after troubleshooting

The remote that came with my streaming device at paired worked correctly out of the box.  Now, a few weeks later, it does not work at all.  I've changed batteries and tried all the troubleshooting gu...

The Roku RC-GZ1 voice remote was included in the purchase of a Roku 4k streaming stick which was purchased from Target on Aug 7th of this year.  The serial number of the 4k stick device is: SOJ734546NVM

The serial number of the remote appears to be 3026000201

A photo of the remote is attached.
