WTH was this update for ! seems many of us now can't use or streaming services. Nice going Roku because YES I have tried every thing to get it back online, to no avail , not to mention the wasted time messing with it. Just ordered a fire stick. I am done with this mess.

In the same boat as DonewithRoku!.
Screen went blank out of nowhere. Did a factory reset- Had the no connection to internet message- rebooted that. Got it to work however only by using voice on the remote- the power button would not turn the product on or off. worked for an entire freaking day- now screen black again. It seems you have a serious issue here folks. And this is for my 87 year old mom- I live 90 minutes away! I cannot drop everything and come to attempt to fix this. TV is almost all she's got at this stage of her life. This product is only a year and a half old folks. How to fix this?
