Why does Roku not have an internet browser. This is absolutely retarded. I spent over $600 on a TV. That was advertised as a smart TV and you can't search the Internet. How stupid If I would've kn...

We will be more than happy to assist you further. Please be advised that your Roku streaming player or Roku TV provides you with access to stream video and music from the Internet but does not allow you to browse the Internet on your television.

I have nearly EXACTLY the same problem. I have a 43" onn. Roku TV that loaded a "Fast Internet Browser" app with the latest update. If you hit the * button, the choices are: Move app, Move app to top, Manage subscription, Check for updates, and Close.

I NEVER WANTED this piece of junk, yet I was charged for 1 month and there's no "Delete app" choice on the menu!

You cannot remove an app if there’s an active subscription through Roku. Log into your Roku user account and you can cancel any subscription there. Once the current subscription period ends, then you can remove the app.

that said, I’ve never seen that app on any of my devices.
