We understand you're seeing a remote pairing instruction on your TV screen. We're here to assist you.
Is this your first time setting up the Roku device? If so, did you receive a Roku remote? If not, have you performed a factory reset on your Roku and are now seeing this screen?
Quick note: The Roku mobile app on your phone cannot connect to your Roku device or bypass the remote pairing instruction, as it only works if the Roku device is activated and connected to the internet. You will need a physical Roku remote.
