Different apps sometimes handle things differently, but generally while watching a video you press * on your remote and the settings will be in the menu that pops up. You may have to go into "Accessibility & language" for some settings. If that doesn't work, look for a setting within the Disney+ app before you start the video. I don't have access to Disney+ anymore, so I can't check it, but maybe another user can help.
