Poor customer services POOR!!!
This is day three, and still no service!! They have disabled the customer service feature app. So, we can't talk to anyone or get any updates on what's going on. They will take your money but won't provide good customer service. This company is horrible!!! Are we going to get any credit for these horrible services? Probably not!! I'm going back to cable!! Having issues from day one with service interruptions. With pictures going in and out of service. This is unacceptable when someone is paying this kind of money, and we get horrible service. I for one, will let everyone I know that this company is a very horrible company to with!!
