We understand that you're experiencing unintended behavior when using the Photo Stream screensaver. Rest assured that we're here to examine your concern.
You can try to do the following steps below:
- Press Home
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart

THIS DOES NOTHING. ONLY A RANDOM SELECTION OF PHOTOS EVER SHOWS AND HALF THE TIME NOTHING WILL LOAD. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE, HOW ABOUT ACTUALLY LOOKING AT THE CODE INSTEAD OF SENDING THE SAME USELESS CANNED RESPONSE EVERY TIME? RokuEmmanuel-D
