I'm new to the community, I was unaware of this option. I've tried everything but my device has been stuck in update mode for months now! It's so frustrating,it will randomly turn off during a show. I've factory reset it, I've updated it, it says it's all up to date. It's still doing it, I bought it a little over a year ago, so I'm past the warranty faze. I've paid a lot of money for this 50 inch, I really am just looking for help, I'm kind of desperate,I do not have the money for another new television. I do love Roku, it's just a bummer I can't even watch it at all anymore.
