Order a free HDMI extender cable

Bought a roku stick but needs a extender. Can someone help with this problem.  ID#25507H296126

Have submitted for the hdmi twice now and the first time was two weeks ago. There has been no problem submitting it on the Web (although people are now saying otherwise). Is there a problem with roku? It will probably go back to the shop if nothing arrives as he's already annoyed it wasn't ready to use.

There's nothing special about the Roku HDMI extension, it's just a short (4 inches or so) HDMI cord with an HDMI plug at one end and an HDMI socket at the other. I use one several feet long to locate my Streaming Stick+in an equipment closet on the other side of the wall from my TV. You may be able to find an HDMI extension locally and not have to wait for someone to ship it to you.
