onn. Roku TV won't cast to laptop

The tv that I have won't connect to my laptop. It says that it connects then it disconnects. is there a problem?

    Could you please tell us first the brand and OS of your laptop? In the meantime, kindly try the troubleshooting steps below.

    Restart your Roku TV:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    How to screen mirror from your computer to your Roku streaming device:

    Use the following steps to connect your laptop to your Roku streaming device and start screen mirroring.

    1. On your laptop keyboard, press Win + K to open Quick Settings
    2. Click Connect to a wireless display
    3. Select your Roku TV from the list of wireless display devices to start the connection
    4. Follow the instructions on your Roku TV to allow screen mirroring

      My laptop is a Dell Laditude 3100 and it runs Windows 10.

      I have already did those solutions and it didn't help.
