ONN Roku TV Black screen with screen reader
I have a Onn Roku Tv. The screen is black but I can hear the screen reader assist. I’ve already repeatedly turn the tv off and in and unplugged. I’ve also pressed the reset button on the back of the Tv. Please don’t give me instructions on using the menu to reset the Tv because the screen is black so I can’t see anything.
If you shine a bright light on the screen can you see anything at all? If so, your backlight has likely failed. If it's still under warranty, contact onn.
