Hi, Belkatem.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Thanks for reaching out here. In this case, it could be a hardware issue. We highly recommend coordinating this with your TV manufacturer for further assistance as we only support your TV's software operating system.
You may reach them here: ONN Support
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Best regards,
Carly
This exact thing just started on mine as well. This is too many at the same time to be a “hardware” issue.

Hi, I started experiencing the same issues with a TCL 55" Roku TV today.
- When did you notice the issue started? Today
- Are there any recent changes on your Roku device, perhaps in the setup or settings, that might cause the problem? I tried turning it on normally, and it started cycling until it ended in Recovery Mode.
- What is your device's OS version? (can be found in Settings > System > About.) 30F.04E12221A
- Are you receiving any error messages or codes? None
- Does the issue only occur on a specific channel while streaming or on all the channels installed on your Roku device? Haven't reached the main menu. It's either power cycling or stuck in recovery mode.
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue? I tried updating over all the recovery mode suggested ways, hard resetting, disconnecting the device, and reconnecting it to power.

Same thing here.
Onn 70” Roku TV.
When I hold the reset button for 30 seconds, it takes me to a purple update screen. It shows:Version: CT9.40R01372A
Serial Number: X01200JPJVMO
Device ID: SODM618PJVM0
Roku TV: G814X
onn. Model: 100068378It connects to WiFi ok in the recovery mode, and acts like it is updating, but then continues in its reboot loop afterwards. It’s been several weeks since this TV was used, so not sure exact start date.

Same issue. Started this week.
65" Onn
Version: ATF.04E12221A
Serial: N/A - unique to me
Device ID: N/A - unique to me
Hardware ID: 7833X
Onn. Mondel: 100012587
1) Troubleshooting steps: Updated & Rebooted from Recovery Mode. Loop continued until it finally landed back at the recovery screen after multiple cycles.
2) Factory set via Menu. Same Result.
3) Factory reset via button until double red flash. Same Result.
4) Factory reset via button until 2nd reboot. Same Result.
5) Unplugged TV, held power button for 30 seconds to ensure all residual power was depleted. Factory Reset button until double red flash while plugging back in. Same Result.
6) Downloaded latest firmware from Roku website to flash via USB. TV said that it's older than the version on the TV and that it's not possible to downgrade.
There are tons of TCL threads about this issue so the only way that it's a hardware problem is if TCL and Onn are using the same hardware internally. Also, it would mean that all of this shared hardware started failing at the same time.
