No customer support or help for RMA

Trying to contact customer support is an endless loop meant to take you nowhere. I need to contact support for an RMA, but there is no email or return form that displays. What kind of a ripoff company is this?

  • I just purchased a Roku streaming device and the remote doesn't work. Went online and it says it might need repairing. There is no repair button on remote.Went to community help and tried everything suggested. Not working. Tried to contact Roku and every site listed is worthless. Won't take me to any . Unsafe I guess. The only sites it will allow me to go to are the ones to purchase more products. That doesn't make any sense. No phone numbers ...no email address for Roku. Sounds like you're hiding. So how do I contact someone? Don't send me to the community help. I spent the last 2 hours trying to get help. Now I want my money back.

I do not want a replacement. I want to return it for a refund.

Unfortunately, this is the only post showing for you so am not sure which other Community you tried.

What is your Roku device model number. (can find on your box or your device if your remote is not working).  Depending on the model of the device (and the model number on the remote), pairing is accomplished either using a 'pairing button' located under the battery cover, on the back of the remote itself, or using a combination of pressing the Home and Back buttons.  (if your remote and device is an IR-only model, then no pairing is required).

You can start here identifying your remote and how to pair it https://support.roku.com/article/360011621473 or provide the above requested info and can see if we can get you going.  Screenshots can also help as well for identification. (use the little camera icon in the message reply box to upload photos if you want).

  • To be able to check your Roku RMA number, go to the Roku support website, navigate to the "Contact Us" section, and select the "Return/Replace" option; you can also chat/phone contact them through those support pages to check on the status.
