Nedd Help with roku TV randomly opening apps

So this is honestly starting to get annoying This is my 2nd roku TV I've used for actually watching TV on However, this one is a huge pain in the **bleep** I'll pause whatever I'm watching for a few minutes, the TV will do the backdrop, and then randomly will open up a random app i don't even have installed Like I won't even be touching the controller, or on the app on my phone Nothing

    If you've paused a video and the screensaver activates, whatever you do, do not press Play/Pause while the screensaver is active.  Many of the Roku screensavers advertise apps and if you press Play/Pause while the screensaver is active you'll launch the advertised app.  Press any other button to dismiss the screensaver and then press Play/Pause to resume your video.
