My TV was wiped out when I woke up. Factory reset itself
My TV factory reset itself overnight and all my apps are gone. It completely wiped out. How did that happen if I didn’t do it??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It may not be possible for a device to reset itself without someone navigating through the settings or clicking on the reset button on your device. However, can you confirm if this happens often? Or is this the first time to had this issue? Also, can you specify which Roku device is this?
