My roku express won't connect to alexa

Hello, when I connect my Roku Express through the Alexa Amazon skill, it detects devices and it does not detect my Roku. I tried several ways to solve it. I tried to verify if they are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Verify that the Roku is on the latest version. activate and deactivate the skill restart my roku and alexa the roku express if it appears in the roku application but not in alexa I don't know how to solve it

    • Check your Roku account
      Make sure your Roku device is linked to your Amazon account. You can check this by going to Settings > System > About.
