My roku box screen mirror is not working

My roku box won't let me screen mirror when I open the cast for roku app to screen mirror from my galaxy a14. It won't even show my roku box I have a roku express 4k+ and it shows some other roku box that's a roku express 4k which is not my roku device. 

 

I can connect to my roku box by using my roku box ip address. But when I go to screen mirror it does nothing. I tried resetting my phone network and the roku box network. I even reset my phone and the roku box. Unplugged the roku box for 10 minutes and tried again and it still didn't work. I even tried to connect to my roku box by wifi direct which works but it stuck trying to start a video from my device. Please help me.

    Have you tried updating the software on your device? 

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home Button on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
