Missing subtitles using specific device - HULU
I've been watching a show in Hulu called "HIP - High Intellect Potential" (the French subtitle version). For two of the episodes, subtitles did not show up. Season 1 Episode 7 and Season 2 Episode 5....

Thanks for the response.
It would be advisable to update both your Roku device and the Hulu app to ensure that you are running the latest software since you've mentioned that the issue only happens with a specific app.
Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.
- Press Home
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates
To update an app, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Home menu
- Select the app you want to update
- Press the star button (*) on your Roku remote
- Select Check for updates
Once these steps have been performed, you can check and see if there are any improvements.
