Model RC-OS1
We have only had the Roku for a few weeks now. Maybe 3 and the remote was this way from the beginning. It’s like the left arrow button and okay button become unresponsive. I wind up having to push it hard multiple times before it will respond.
The only troubleshooting I’ve seen for this issue is to re-pair it so that is all I have tried.

well it seems you only reply back to private messages after I say something in the open community so you ask for my email in the first message and I gave it to you. You asked for it again in the second message and I replied back with the same answer. I would appreciate a response back to try to resolve the remote issue.
