Keypad on Roku TV doesn’t have caps or symbols or arrow up & down button

The keypad on My TCL Roku TV doesn’t have a caps button, symbols button or up down arrow.

    Thanks for the post.

    When using the keyboard on screen, there should be an option to capitalize letters or switch to numbers/symbols.

    Please keep us posted what you find out.

    There are not, just lower case letters, numbers, trash,space and back. No option for anything else.

      It won't have these symbols in the various Search boxes. (Roku Search, Tubi Search, Pluto Search, etc)

      These options of uppercase, special symbols, etc should appear in various Channel/apps boxes that require them though. (like when you connect to a network to enter password, entering passwords for subscriptions, etc.)

        I have a Roku TV with remote control. I am unable to enter password that contains a letter. There is no arrow up on the keyboard or the remote. The remote does not have voice. Hovering over the letter does not do anything pushing the Asterix does nothing. Please help
