Just got a brand new Roku tv, no option to change themes anywhere

My roku doesn't even have that option theme packs I've been trying to change it for a while now but I have no options to download new themes

    We would like to investigate this issue further. May we know what kind of Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) What is the current software version of your Roku device by going to settings, system, and about?
