IR Remote not connecting to the Roku Express

  • Roku Remote Model: 3026000066
  • Roku Express Model: 3930X

 I have factory rest the express and gotten stuck at the restart page with languages and the light is white blinking one, two and then one. I have check to see if the remote works and I clearly see it doing the test with a camera. I have replace the batteries. I have reset the remote by holding the home and back buttons, nothing happens (i get closer in distance and still nothing happens). I have tried holding them for 1,2,3,4,5 seconds at a time just to see if it’ll help. I still can’t get the remote to connect with the express and I need help?

    Is this the remote that originally came with your Roku device? If so, could you let us know when and where you purchased it? And if it’s a different remote, please share when and where that one was bought as well.
