iPhone screen mirroring no sound except YouTube

Using the Roku remote, press * and then change Audio from Leveling or Night to Off. Once Audio was changed to Off, sound from the iPhone began to work.

My Roku stick has no leveling or night in audio settings. Pressing * does nothing at all.
