Usually just a little glitch with Roku devices. I think it may be a memory-releasing issue as I see it more often when I am looking for something and am opening and closing multiple channels/apps quickly. A System Restart usually fixes the issue.
At other times, it may be a network issue and will require you to restart router as well.
This "Solution" doesn't work neither does factory resetting or resetting Internet connection. It's the update 14.6.4 that is the problem. I just got it today apparently cause it wasn't an issue yesterday

We'd like to know more about it. Can you share some info here to help us investigate?
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
In the meantime, can you please try changing your Roku TV wallpaper? This should restore access to your HDMI inputs. To do this, navigate to Home > Settings > Theme > Wallpaper.
