2) Can 2 tv work on the same modem at the same time?
If your modem only has one ethernet port, you can only access the internet with one device. If you need more devices to access the internet at the same time, you will need to invest in a "router" that will enable your network to allow more devices to connect to the internet.
A modem with one ethernet port will only provide one LAN IP address to a device to connect to the internet. A router will provide more LAN IP address (through a DHCP server) that allows for multiple devices to connect to the internet.
