It seems you're having difficulty determining which remote is paired to your Roku devices.
Here’s a breakdown of which Roku remotes came with each Roku streaming device:
- Roku Ultra (latest models): Voice Remote Pro or Voice Remote
- Roku Ultra LT: Voice Remote
- Roku Streaming Stick 4K / 4K+: Voice Remote or Voice Remote Pro
- Roku Express 4K / 4K+: Voice Remote
- Roku Express (basic): Simple Remote (IR)
- Roku Streambar SE: Enhanced Simple remote
- Roku Smart Streambar (9210X): Voice Remote
To check what Roku remote you have, please visit here. The Roku app can't control the Sound Bar until it's connected to Wi-Fi. To do that, you must first pair a physical remote and use it to access the network settings.
