How to locate the model number for TCL Roku TV?

Question

Greetings. I am attempting to download Roku firmware via USB to an unresponsive TCL 55S41R television. I am unable to locate the Roku model information because the set is locked on the boot screen.&nbsp;
The TCL serial number is: 2307GNA003218A04544. Does anybody know how I can obtain the Roku model number in side the set without ripping the television apart?&nbsp;
Any information or additional guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
