How to get a Roku remote to pair?

I hooked up my streaming stick to my TV. Last time I used it it worked just fine and now I get a screen that goes to the remote Help page. How can I get a Roku remote to pair to my stick? I have 3 remotes and none of them have the pairing button, I tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in nothing I do seems to work. What do I do?

    You newest Roku wifi remote doesn't have pairing button, the rc-gz1 remote. What are your remote model numbers? Look in the battery compartment. Does any of your Roku remotes have microphone button? Before the rc-gz1 remote all remote without a pairing button were IR remotes, useless on Roku sticks since they can't accept IR commands at all.
