Reading this thread made me so mad at how many people said "oh it's a problem with your TV" that I recorded a video just to prove it's not.

We are aware of the trouble you're currently experiencing regarding the display issue on your TV with the Roku Ultra. We are here to help you with this concern.
For us to begin the investigation process, we need some additional information crucial to locate where this problem is coming from:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- The Brand and Model number of your TV
By providing these details, we will be able to pass this forward to the appropriate Roku team for a thorough review. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We'll surely update this thread once a resolution has been provided.
