Thanks for reporting this issue to us. Have you checked the setting on your TV? Kindly follow the steps I have posted above in checking the aspect option on your TV settings and see if it helps.

I checked the zoom button on my Insignia remote and then scrolled to normal picture size. The picture fits now like it should.

Go to System > Advanced system settings > Advanced display settings
Make sure Auto-adjust display refresh rate is set to “On” and HDR subsampling is set to 4:2:2.
Should fix it.
