how to activate current paramount account on new roku tv?

I have hisense /roku  tv, It let me sign up for discovery+ and other channels by tabing those channels and signing in. But for paramount plus it wants me to "join" 7 day trial. I cannot seem to find where I can just sign in. 

any help would be appreciated.

    I had tried both ways, I turned the TV on this morning and Boom I was able to sign in. I have no idea what changed but Im good to go,

    Are you using the stand-alone channel/app and not trying to access it through "The Roku Channel"?
